Several men had this ability and were documented from Biblical times. For example, Joseph saw that a great famine was coming. Nostradamus correctly predicted the end of the Kennedy presidency (Camelot era). Edgar Cayce predicted many things that have come true. Which do you mean, if you mean any of these?

Nostradamus, he was a crackpot and his books were written vaguely so other crackpots interpretted them as seeing the future.
