My hometown, Ely, Nevada. It is a small enough community that I couldn't screw it up, plus I know enough about it and the native Nevadans that I know what most of them want or need.

Or
Lovelock, Nevada, population about 3,000. That would make my day.

A town near my present location.

It only has about 5,000 people, but the mayor gets $50,000 per year, plus an unlimited expense account. The mayor is rarely there, because he travels to Hawaii, Tahiti, Amsterdam, Costa Rica, Switzerland, Paris, London, Rome, and many other places. Supposedly the travel is for "economic development".

The money comes from casinos.

Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.... Its a unique city, with the mountain lanscpaes and three rivers all meeting at Point State Park. I have had the oppurtunity to go there several times in my life, and from what I notice its a city of good down to earth hard working people. Big city with a blue collar attitude.

Since I would make a horrible mayor I would like to be mayor of Pouce Coupe. It's tiny enough that my being mayor wouldn't screw anyone over too bad.
