Yes,but make sure you have other accessories that match the shoes and dress so it won't look cheap and tacky.

Those shoes are fine to wear with a red dress. But don't go adding lots of silver jewellery, bag etc.Keep the accessories to an absolute minimum.
If you can go to a solarium or use some fake tan to take the contrast of white skin in red dress away, you will look stunning.I'm presuming the dress
is minimal lines like the shoes. They are very stylish but not over done.
After all, you don't want some moron calling you a Xmas tree!
You will look great honey,I just get that feeling from the wording of your Q.and the fact you are taking so much care in selecting what to wear.
I'm sure you will have a great time.

Silver shoes would be great with your red dress, especially if you accessorize your outfit with silver jewelry. Don't mix silver and gold... it'll be too confusing. Black shoes would be pretty too, then you could accessorize with either silver or gold.
If you go with the silver shoes, find a black or soft grey shawl with silver threads to wear over your shoulders.
You can take a sample of the red dress fabric (a snippet cut from a generous inner seam) and your shoes to a full-service shoe repair to have them dyed to match your dress.

I would wear red shoes or black shoes. To me, silver doesn't go well with a red formal dress.

I believe that those shoes would go fine. My sister once wore silver shoes and a red dress to a formal dance. My own opinion is that red and silver go fine with each other, so I believe they would be fine.

I think Red and Silver are the way to go- don't forget to accessorize the rest with Silver or white gold, and a purse to match, but something dainty versus a big silver bag.

red is a warm color so gold would be better but if you like silver go ahead though black would be less flashy, its ok to have a bit of flash at a party. make sure your jewelry and purse match the shoes if you go for gold or silver.
