im always nervous to go to the mall with my friends. im 13 and im about 5'4 and i dont look 13 at all, and i feel wierd going into stores like american eagle, and other stores like that. I live in canada, and on saturday, me and my mom are going to shop in america. im a lttle nervous to go into stores like hollister w. her, but i cant go without her. so should i still go to those stores? i dont want to look like im trying to be older, but i really would like to go to those stores. should i go and just have fun?

I went through the same thing where I didnt want to go to the store with my mom and where I never looked my age. I mean when I was 14 I looked 18. As I got older I started to miss those times with my mom and wish that I did go shopping with her. So you might not look 13 but at the same time you have to realize that you still are 13 and your mom will be there. Just go to the stores you wanna go to and do your thing. If anything think of the time with your mother as a bonding experience.

you should just go. i am 20 years old now, and I have never looked my age. even when i was younger. plus i had only older cousins that i was always with when i was younger, and i shopped with them and did the things they did. it is fine to do that. be you and what you do regardless of what anyone thinks!

you shouldnt worry about it..just have fun and go shopping!! never stress out when your out at the mall...who cares wat other people think...just be yourself!!
