Yes. There's a lot of random 'hitting the breaks' crap and stops in the middle of a turn. Their head is always spinning around, looking every direction. (small town driver in city)

sometimes, it depends because people have lived so many different places nowadays. but many times you can spot a small town driver in the city and a city driver in the small town.

A small town driver feels that it is necessary to put his/he blinker on at least 1 mile before they ACTUALLY TURN. Drives me nuts.
