In my opinion, John's lyrics are more compelling and daring. But in terms of composing music, and in terms of playing his instrument, Paul is far more accomplished and interesting. But one of the things that made the Beatles so great is that John and Paul had to work together and could reign in each other's worse tendencies, resulting in each of them doing most of their best work working together and not after they went their seperate ways.

John Lennon.
Paul is great, as well as George and even Ringo. But John was just so deep, which is what I relate to. But Paul did write songs that were catchy. You're right, that is a tough one, but I'm more of a John Lennon type. My sister is a HUGE Beatles fan, she even named her son Lennon! So, there's probably a bias, but that was before he was even born... she named him after her idol.

the two are imaginitive and large musicians, yet in my view i think of Paul became the musical genius of the band, while John became the lyricist and imaginitive genius. So i might say Paul. BQ: of path! whilst all people else interior the band became struggling with and getting indignant with one yet another, Ringo became everybody's chum. besides, whilst he quickly left the band, everybody worked at the same time to convey him lower back and embellished the studio with plant life for him. In those later years, he became the single individual that the different 3 have been in a position to have faith to an quantity.

Well I think both were quite talented but I'd go with Paul b/c he's just sooooo cute! even now when he's older, he's still got those adorable big brown sad eyes. I always loved his voice better though John was probably the better song writer.

I like them both almost equally. They both had alot of talent and when they went out on their own, I bought from both of them. I really enjoyed Paul when he was with Wings, and how do you compare John's Imagine song? That's a classic!
