I think there are many perfect presents for a Mother, depending on the age of her child. If you are a teenager I bet she would love for you to give her a month of not having to do the laundry and/or cleaning of the house, not your bedroom (which you should always do). If you are younger, then I would say a nice kiss, hug, and ask your father.
If I were to buy my mother a present, I would look and see what her favorite perfume is and buy that, a small bottle that I could afford. You can get most perfumes at a mall or store likes Sears, Macy's, or even CVS.
Does she like to read? Then get her a nice book from one of her favorite authors. Does she like to do crafts then go to a craft store and buy her a nice kit, etc.
Remember it is the thought going into the present that counts, not the value.

how bout a hug? you can find it from your heart. AHAHA. corny as hell! but seriously. hugs are dope. i would say maybe making a collage w/ you and your moms. a lil flipbook or photoalbum thing would be sweet. maybe a mom poem and some flowers too.
