well lets see, its hard to acutally forget abuot something
even if you think its gone, you know its really there
but the best way is to just stop thinking about it
and when something reminds you of it, just try to acutally not think about it
it sounds silly and its HARD to forget about something
buttt it might just stay with you forever
or as time goes by...

you havent been detailed on what it is
because some situation syou can forget if you try different ways
but no phsycologist can make you forget something

if anything, you could do it yourself
anyways good luck with that bye

Lobotomy.

Seriously, traumatic experiences don't go away. Ever. They are your shadow. A dark presence forever at your side. When you will be wiser, you will accept your past.

I think this is pretty much impossible, unless you can somehow get repressive memories, but I don't know how, and I think it'd cause more harm then good anyways.
