If you are talking about the musical term Chord, it is, usually, a triad of notes played simultaneously. In a major chord (let's just say key of C) the chord would consist of C-E-G (the root, thrid and fifth) so for B-flat, the chord would be B-flat-D-F and so on and so forth for the rest of the keys. But if you stray away from the major keys...then you run into some fun, but very confusing stuff. I hope this is what you were looking for.
