No such thing as a "mail order bride". First, it's illegal in the US. Second, you'd never get her mailed here.
Go to a reputable site like www.elenasmodels.com, and start a relationship with a woman.
It takes just as long as any other relationship, and then you get to deal with the US embassy in Russia, AFTER you go to Russia to meet her.
