Chaston Shaye- There's a reason why everyone hates it...it really sounds well I hate to say this but kind of "gay" but not really gay but like a name a drag queen might choose for shimself...sorry but it's got a very weird vibe to it.
Leah joelle on the other hand is a lovely name.

Chaston is a cute name, I have never heard that before! But, I have only heard girls with the name Shaye. I like it, but if your husband doesn't..... I love Leah Joelle though!

Well, my name is Shaye and my little boy is 4 and his name is Chase so I do like the name! However, Shaye is typically used as a girls name now. I know that it is under boys in baby name books BUT it is one of those Old English male things...really it is a girls name.
I get compliments all the time on both of our names.
I do like Leah Joelle too. Very adorable.

Chaston is adorable, very cute, I like how your calling him Chaz too. Shaye is a girl name though. Leah Joelle is okay, nothing special.

I LOVE Chaston Shaye.. I pronounced Chaston (Chayston)?? I don't know if that's what you intended. Don't worry what everyone else thinks. I wanted to name my son Braeson, but nobody liked it, and I was going to do it, but once my hubby held my son, he named him Jr :-| what could I say?

Chaston is a cute name, and that's why it's bad. Men's names aren't supposed to be cute. It sounds too much like Chastity. Try something different.

Not too crazy about the name Chaston... and Shaye does sound too feminine in my opinion... but it is ultimately your decision.
