For the last few months i keep getting some really nasty bruising and today i have a really large one on the inside of my arm. I have seen my family doctor & she tells me i may be bumping into things & not remembering it. Okay I think i would remember hitting myself that hard. This bruise is bigger than the palm of my hand the bruise is red & almost looks like a stringy design...What could this be? My family doctor is no help so i wont even ask her again.

You may want to do a search on capillary fragility. Is usually associated with vitamin deficiency.. particularly vitamin C. The best source for that is kiwi fruit. Is about 4 times the amount found in citrus fruits.

The other symptoms suggest something entirely different. Vertigo (subjective) will usually respond well to chiropractic care. The tiredness would either be tied to this same condition or, insufficient assimilation of protein.

If you find considerable tenderness at the base of the skull, you will have found the irritated area that could very well be the inflammatory process which has involved the otic nerve. Thus, vertigo.

Bruising without reason is sometimes a sign of something more serious. You'll want to see a doctor to know for sure.

Drinking tomato juice should help if it is a matter of blood needing to be thinned without the bad effects of aspirin. Hope that helps.

This might be serious. You need to find a better doctor.

Best wishes and good luck.

First I would go get a second opinion about it. Second, your blood could be to thin. Are you taking aspirin or anything like that? Are you on any medications? Please go get a second opinion that's a dangerous thing to fool around with.
