Duns river falls is 180 meters or 600 feet in height am presuming that your asking how high it is.
However if your talking in volumes of how much water goes over the falls,statistics are not available,well at at least i haven't seen it yet.
But if you think the duns river is big,you need to see the Y'S falls in St Elizabeth which is even larger in terms of water flow,which make it first and Duns river second,(well that debate is however still takeing place),as its size is indeed not as high or wide but its alot more powerful,especially after the rainy season.(144 feet in height and is a major contribute to Black river).

I've climbed the falls about 4 or 5 times and I'd say that the part we're allowed to climb (there's a cutoff point) would be at least 500 feet. Have fun!
