Neither one is cute. A child digging up their nose just needs to be consistent correction and a man that licks his hands and puts his hand on a lady and the lady lets him "well she is not a lady"! Both need to stop and manners need to be instilled.

Three year old picking their nose. At least then you aren't directly affected. It's cute for three year olds to do anything, that's why they get away with so much. Why would a guy lick his hands then touch you? Ewww.

I would have to go with a three year picking his nose. He doesn't know better. A grown man does and that's nasty. I'm not sure I'd use the word cute though.
