if i cheat i would just keep it to myself because if you tell somebody then that person could tell on you

Feel guilty.. It doesn't benefit you if you did cheat on a test.. It only get you into trouble...

it's called academic dishonesty. it can get you kicked out of college. in high school it usually gets you failing that class.
it means you did not do the work to answer the test yourself and you are the one that will be hurt in the long run because you didn't get an education.

What would i do after? Well since I am not in college, i guess the repercussions would not be as bad. And i would just gloat about my test results i guess.

i'd feel reeeallly guilty. after the test i'd change one of the answers to a wrong answer, and pretend the teacher marked it right by mistake :-)
