Ok so i need a prank, but heres the catch, its gotta use like tampons and stuff like that cuz thats how they got me, i need lots so fill'em up!!!!

If you have access to their room, you could hang them from the ceiling.
If you want to be cruel, you could mix ketchup and water, soak the tampons in the ketchup mixture, put the tampons in a box, and send it to the person.

If you are still in school dip a whole bunch of tampons in red ink or just colour them, find out their locker combonation and fill er up.

ok, so when in class, put a picture of a guy inside their bag or pencil pouch or something, and put tampons inside. when they pull it out, then scream, "WOW, (person's name), WHAT IS A PICTURE OF A MAN AND A COUPLE OF TAMPONS DOING IN YOUR PENCIL POUCH(or bag, or watever)???"
