My OB told me that whatever activity I was doing regularly before I got pregnant, I could continue after I was pregnant. So if you are a dancer and do it often, then there should be no problem. I will tell you that when you get towards the end of your pregnancy, even those things that you like to do and do often, you probably won't have the energy.

You can dance a little, but not like break danceing or dancing you would do in a club. Dancing is a great way to keep in shape while your baby grows.

I have a friend who went to the clubs every weekend to dance while she was pregnant with her daughter, and she came out fine. It was great exercise and helped relieve tension she had.

Dear...people jog and all that jazz while pregnant!!!! GO FOR IT!!! As long as you are not experiencing any major issues, not bleeding, and are not high risk...get the ok from your doc for the physical excercise and go at it!

yes. it's healthier to continue your normal activities while you're pregnant. your body will tell you when it's time to relax.
or you can just ask your dr.

yes, the only concern is you don't want to get your body temperature up to high (like 103 or something). so don't get too strenuous. keep it reasonable.
