I've been in the same predicament. If your are not usually late then go see your doctor, but if it happens every once in a while it can be due to changes in your life style. Change in foods, activities, stress anything like that can be a factor. Most importantly follow your intuition. If you feel something is wrong go see your doctor but if you feel everything will be ok just let it go for a couple more days. Good luck

Those tests are not always accurate. It depends on how much pregnancy hormone is in your urine. I was about 5 weeks pregnant and it never showed up on a home test. I had to go the doctor's to get a urine test there and it showed positive. Another thing, make sure the lighting is really good where you are reading your test, because even the faintest line could be showing but maybe you don't see it. Depending on how late your period is, some tests actually are good even if you test a few days before your period would be due. If you are having any breast tenderness or moodiness, nausea or flu like symptoms, it could be you are pregnant. You could wait a week or even a few days to test again. I tested every second day and still didn't show on the home test, but with my first pregnancy it showed right away! Go figure! I don't think you should wait until December because the sooner you know the better, and you can start prenatal care. Good luck:))

well, since you just missed one period, it shouldn't say anything. i dont know your age so im just saying that maybe your not on a regular schedule yet so you might not even get one in november. i suggest buying different brands of pregnacy test from the store because sometimes they are wrong. if one comes up postive than go see your doctor.

i would go to ur docs and get a pregnancy test done..also if u didn't take the test right away in the morning the first time you use the bath room that can skew the results

My frieng Cynthia was having sex and missed her period also. but she isnt pregnant. you should see a doctor because the same thing happened to my friend angel and she was diagnosed with a disease that gave her irregular period so now she gets her period very sparingly but mostly evry 2 weeks so get checked out!

Dear....
You should get out of your confusion and just go to the doctor, he/she can help you out, so you can figure out what to do, don't wait, just go and see the doc.
I hope that you will not be so confused anymore, and that if you are pregnant, that you will be fine.

Good luck.

If the test read negative, then u are not pregnant.
Use protection next time to be even on a safer side.
When it is your time to get pregnant...God will let u know fast.

Go to your doctor and get a blood test.

Well, if you have sex, you always have a chance..but with that being said, those HPTs are pretty darn accurate, but is also depends on WHEN you took in relation to your cycle. If you took it too early, then it may be too early to detect.

I say......head to the doc for a blood test.
