SATA hands down. Slowest SATA is 150mb/s or something.

SATA 3.0 rates at a theoretical maximum of around 300MB/s

ATA100 rates at a theoretical maximum of around 100MB/s

Look at the seek times for the drives, not the capacity or bus speed!
