I was wondering if it's my right to say no to a teacher that is making me enter a stupid contest that I feel i don't even deserve to be in, she should let someone else who wants to be in it participate.

Ask to speak with her after a class when everyone else has left the room and explain that you are not joining the competition, then give your reasons why if she asks. It really, really isn't important in the bigger picture so don't worry too much about it, you don't have to do stuff like that if you don't wish to.

If it's not a part of your curriculum, just say no.
Never let teachers talk you into something you don't have to. it never works out well. Trust me, I know.
