I had small ones til I was thirty, then they grew. Wear ruffly lacy things up top and padded bras. Models wear tape in criss cross fashion to make look like clevage. Also, lightly dusting a bit of bonzing powder that doesn't have a lot of glitz between the breasts makes appear clevage.

Shop in the juniors' sections, or make friends with a good tailor. Boys' departments are also good; try Brooks Brothers' boys' stuff.
And don't feel _too_ sorry for yourself. It beats shirts straining at the buttons, jackets that won't close, dresses that are sacks around the hips, etc.

I am certain that if you have small breast anything you wear will be nice. Small breasts are hot!
