chocolate and carbs(like bread) for energy,your iron levels are usually pretty low during your period so make sure you have plenty of iron

I would definately recommend yogurt and granola and a chocolate shake or ice cream...wow it really helps. I'm making myself want one now.

well i eat lot of sugar when on ti but thats like a crving that different people get,somthing to help is light foods:ice cream,crakers,popsikles.{anything yummy^^}

i don't know of any exact foods, but i do know that salt makes cramps and bloating worse. also, drinking water and exercise can actually help with bloating and cramps.
