There are none that can be accurate. Values are subject to too many variables. What you need to do is contact a Realtor and ask for a CMA. This is a market analysis, and will tell you the most accurate determination. Good Luck!

zillow.com is not a good website for an accurate valuation of property. The best thing to do is to contact a realtor and have the do a comparative market analysis (CMA) of the property your interested in.

If you don't want to contact a realtor for whatever reason, then the next best bet is to search your county's sales recrods for houses sold in your area. You can get a general idea of what your property might be worth

The best thing to do is to get a CMA from a Realtor. Zillow is O.K. The thing that I don't like about Zillow is that it gives a broad price range and is not very effective. Try www.reply.com
It's more reliable. I am a Realtor and have used that website and it's better than Zillow.
