Usually no. but it depends on the license. you have an "End user license agreement" with windows and you should read it to be sure.
Windows requires you to activate the installation so once its installed it wont let you activate again without having to call Microsoft. Sometimes they let it slide on activation so it may be possible, but in the strictest sense it is illegal.

It depends on the type you purchase, but usually a license that you buy commercially is only legal on one machine. Some versions have home use rights if your office buys a copy, and some editions are set up for multiple users. Your best option is to read the End User License Agreement on your Windows CD, it will tell you exactly how many copies you can legally install.

As long as you have a valid copy of Windows and a valid serial number, it shouldn't be a problem. After all, if people can pirate the software and use it on multiple computers, you should be able to do the same with a valid copy.

Hi. Not unless you have a corporate license. M$ requires that you remove any OS so that it only runs on one PC at a time. Like if you upgrade.

i'd use professional. extra networking equipment and extra safe practices helpful houses. contact microsoft for diverse licenses and stay reliable with the right person agreements that you won't be able to sue your in the back of off for "pirating" their software. As for prices, they could provide you with a bulk less costly, yet i do not artwork for them so i will't say.
