it sounds like you may be going through perimenopause. It can start 10 years or more before actual menopause. there's a lot of info on the web about perimenopause.

Yeah, u are going through menopause which sometimes start as early as 35 for some women.
4 months may go by and then u have one period and then 4 more will go by and maybe another....this goes on for bout 3-10 yrs.
Anyway u may not have a period for a year in your 40's or 50's
U will get hotflashes, hot sweats, and some anxiety.
Keep it together and take deep breathes when this happens.
Country Doctors say to just live a normal life , then other docs may want u on meds.

Same thing happened to me when I was about 36 or so.... perimenopause... it's actually not so bad, but for a few years things were really sporadic. When I finally did have a period, it was horrible, heavy & lasted for weeks....so if that happens, be prepared. My doctor gave me some medication to help me regulate everything, no need at this point for full-time hormones, as your hormones that tell your body to slough off the uterine lining aren't doing their job... :) Go see your gyn, they can help you out.

You may be pre-menopausal. Have a physical, and your hormone levels checked.
