My docter told me it is a 1 in 300 chance! My cousin did get pregnant after 18 years of her tubes being tied! Scary.

My mom had her tubes tied when she became pregnant with me, so i think the only sure fire way to do "birth control" like that, is to get your tubes tied

Short answer: yes. The likelyhood of it depends on how it was done, but it is not a foolproof surgery, and the human body is an amazing thing.
