I've been trying to get info on colleges down there but can't seem to get anything. please help me out.

Zamorano is perhaps the best Agricultural university in the Americas, and it is located in Honduras. Check it out and see if they offer any academic programs that may interest you: http://www.zamorano.edu/ingles/index_eng.htm
