good question, i hope you're not going to paint it w/ housepaint, but i'd say around 4 gallons for a good look.

Depends on color and what sort of paint. Your paint supplier is the one to ask as they will know exactly what and how much to sell you. Also hardener, etc. With base coat -clearcoat could be as little as a quart of color followed by a gallor of clear. If regular enamel a gallon will paint most anything out there short of a pickup truck where you will run out trying to do the inside of the bed. Sears Weatherbeater takes 5 gallons and three coats. :-)

I would go with chevy69 1 gallon. he has the most experince and I would agree a gallon is a lot of paint. I would also go to an auto supply that handles autumotive paint and ask them.

Well when i was painting my cadi the other day I used 4 gallons of interior paint it looked spectacular

Seriously though if you ask questions that could potentially recieve smart answers you just have to accept it.

THE LAST ONE I PAINTED TOOK 2.5 GAL. 2 ON THE CAR ITSELF AND 2 QUARTS OF MIXED WITH REDUcER FOR THE DOOR JAMS AND INSIDE HOOD AND TRUNK..2Gal. Makes about 2.5 to3 Gal. after its reduced with reducer.Or Thinner if your using Lacquer.You can really thin down laquar but not enamel...

2 gallons should do it,if you are going to keep the same color,because keeping the same color,it wont take as much.

USING HOUSE PAINT....3 GALLONS, THATS WHAT IT TOOK ON MINE. FINISH IT OFF WITH GLOSS, YOU CAN BUY THAT AT THE DOLLAR STORE. THEN TOP IT OFF WITH 22''S. THAT **** WILL BE TIGHT!!!
