you should listen to your doctor. i am in a similar situation to you and the reason why you should wait is your body has to get over the shock of losing your baby.
i know that it hurts but you have to do what's right for your body. on another note, i hope you realize how common miscarriages are. most of the time, it indicates that there was a serious genetic defect with the baby. it's natural and you need to heal before you move on.
good luck to you!

I also had a miscarriage. It was natural and I required no d & c. I was 6 weeks at the time. My doctor told us to wait 3 cycles. That is to insure that everything is normal and everything is cleared. Imagine if you got pregnant during that time and then suffered another miscarriage. Would you not blame yourself for not listening to what your doctor said? I know it is hard, I have been there. But before you know it 3 months will have passed and you can begin trying again. Once you have decided to have a child, that feeling, at least in my experience, doesn't go away, miscarriage or not. Trying to conceive requires lots of patience, unfortunately.
Good luck!

If you don't wait you are more likely to have another miscarriage. The more miscarriages you have, the less likely you are to be able to have a normal healthy, full term pregnancy. It's normal for you to want a baby as soon as possible, but you should be thinking about what is best for you to be able to have a healthy pregnancy. Are you under the care of a doctor while you are trying to get pregnant? There are plenty of things that you should be doing pre-pregnancy that can help you have a normal pregnancy, and your doctor can help you do them.

Its perfectly normal to feel this way. Especially if you had a pregnancy that ended suddenly. But in order for next pregnancy to be safe you really should wait the 3 months so your body can recoup and heal. Miscarriage is very traumatic for you and your body! Good luck to you!

of course it's perfectly normal. all though when i had my miscarriage i was told to wait a year to concieve because of hormones. i guess i was kind of young though so that may have been why i was told a year. at any rate if it makes you feel any better i got pregnant 6 months later and that baby is now a healthy 5 year old boy! best of luck to you and i hope everything turns out well for you!

Of course it is normal darling. You're anxious to be a mum. My man is a gyn/obs and he says that it always better to wait at least three months to get pregnant. Wait, you don't want the same thing to happen, so it would be better to wait

Why do you have to wait 3 months? I know people who gave birth to babies and got pregnant within a month.
I don't think there is a waiting period.
