i like this guy but i don't think he notices me?

well... u can't just make him like you right away. i mean u need to, u know be friends with him first and once he gets to know u better he'll noticing "wow, she's a really nice " and he might ask u out.

take it slow ,make friends with him see if he has any interesting hobbies or things that he likes to do,ask him to lunch or coffee after work and if you dont want to do it in person write a note and have one of your friends take it to him best of luck to you in your future
