Every woman and every pregnancy are different so this could be normal for you, however, if that kind of exreme fatigue I would ask your doctor and possibly get tested for anemia, which is very common in pregnant women. Take your vitamins and eat foods high in protein, rest every couple of hours (if possible) and take it easy, you're building a baby right now. Call your doctor in the morning just to make sure, but odds are you'll feel better towards the middle of the second trimester.

I don't think this is normal. I also don't think it is just exhaustion. I have those same symptoms when I miss my pills for depression/anxiety. My symptoms get much worse when I am pregnant. I would suggest you talk with your doctor about it. There are medications for it that are safe during pregnancy. Congrats on the baby. I hope you get the help you need.

It sounds like two different things that could be affecting you at once if not separately. Anemia and hypothyroidism. I was anemic with both of my pregnancies and hypothyroidism was found during my second pregnancy along with diabetes. Have your OB run some tests. Best of luck.

You are going through alot, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Rest whenever you can. You'll be all right. I had the shakes during the birth of my first baby.

Are you eating and drinking enough? Not enough can cause the shakes.
