No, bummed is when you go to your car and it isn't there, so you walk to the police station to report the old clunker stolen and the cops crack up completely, fall on the floor laughing and THEN tell you it has been towed and when you walk back to the garage where the tow trucks are bringing cars in faster than you can count, the guy in charge says it'll cost you $60 cash (no checks or credit cards) to get your car back so you have to go back out to find an ATM cash dispenser in the middle of the night and when you finally return to redeem your car the same guy adds that in a week or 10 days the police will be sending you an additional traffic fine for being in a towaway zone in the first place.
