A week pregnant ???? There is no way to know you are pregnant after only a week ..... it takes at least a week for the fertilized egg to attached to the uterus ( implantation), and even after that, it takes another week before a women realizes she might be pregnant. We normally do not get any symptoms of pregnancy until at least 4-6 weeks later.

I don't know how you know you're a week pregnant, but at that stage, tummy pains would be unrelated.

Your body is going to go thru some changes..... to make room for a baby.
It shouldn't be already after a week, though......more like.......in the next 6 weeks........

i doubt your pregnant. you dont really start to get signs until a little later. i'd give it about 2 months until you start getting signs other than missed periods.
