I've personally known people who could predict future events, usually after having a dream at night. It's really creepy, because they have warned of coming events, and then the event happened, not exactly as foreseen but way too close to be a co-incidence. Is there an explanation for this?

Hm. That's weird. I've done that before. But, I never really realize it until the event actually happens. And then it's like de ja vu. It's never really big things though, just small things. I don't know. I think a lot of people do this. I don't have an explanation, I just wanted to put in my two cents. :-P

I believe we are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.

Yes, for most of it. And that's where the 'problem' starts.
If, say, flying saucers have can be explained 99.9% of the time it leaves that 1/10 of 1% true but does that make them real?
Perhaps. Eh?
