I tried draino but i dont think that is what the problem is. I think its because there is no pressure behind it. Is there a fix, or someone else with this problem. Thanks

If you are talking about a sewage crock and not a sump crock, then set the pump to run at a lower setting.
Is it new? Could there be tile grout?
If you have kids it can be anything... I worked in plumbing warranty and service for 5 years

Ugh natural things... are you seriously worried about the environment or something? Especially when your house and car probably do 80x the damage of pouring chemicals down the drain over the span of your life... Liquid Plumber, if that doesn't work than get the real thing, unless your opposed to doing a little dirty work yourself. It is probably a clot of hair blocking the shower drain, in that case you need to remove the plug if you have one, use a drain wrench to unscrew the grid, use a pipe auger (or pipe snake) and clean the drain line, and button everything back up but you will need plumbers putty.
