Easy- you're in Fl, as am I, and there are dive shops everywhere. They have excellent anti-fog stuff that they sell for snorkeling and diving goggles. I use that stuff on my mirrors in the bathroom and on my reading glasses, as well as my snorkeling goggles. It's only about 5 or 6 dollars for a small bottle that lasts a long time because you only need a couple of drops per application.

The stuff that I use has a picture of a seal on it and I think that "seal" is even in the name.

Go to your local motorcycle store. If they don't carry any maybe they will direct you to who does.
You may need to get a different shield/helmet. If you can find one that sits further away from your face or has vent holes it will help.
What is happening the heat from your head/breath causes condensation to build up on the inside.
It may seem like no relationship but this is common in playing racquetball. The protective glasses will fog up. I find and tell people to loosen the strap and or put a head band underneath the top of the gargles.
This promotes more circulation and reduced fogging.
