I was wondering about this the other, does mexico has nuclear weapons? and that accident to their nuclear reactor in laguna verde was it like the one at chernobyl in Ukraine?

NO! If they were to get them they would trade them for an inner tube so they could float across the RIO GRANDE!

I have lived in Mexico and I highly doubt they have the technology or the capabilities for that. Not just bc they are a thrid world country b/c many third world countries can pull this off. Several in the middle east can. The diff between Mexica and the middle eastern 3rd world countries is money. Mexico doesn't have the type of money to start up a nuclear program. @ Greased Up Chimpanzee You are so right man! Mexico wouldn't waste it's time with mass destruction power. It has us! They are like a parasite sucking the life out of the United States. Stealing our jobs and sneaking across the border but yet using use for NAFTA and security.

A nuclear reactor is a long way from a nuclear bomb. Reactor accidents are not nuclear explosions.
