Okay.
First, my question may sound a little ridicoulous or stupid, but I really do need some suggestions on what to do on this case.
I have a complicated problem with my high school science teacher. Yesterday we took a test. Which was divided into 3 parts (3 papers) . I did really well on it. After we finished the test, we turned it in, and the teacher passed back one of the parts of the test back in random order and we corrected each others test. After we finished the person who corrected my paper gave it back to me, and I had only gotten one wrong.
Now the problem I was late, and mistakenly I must have put the test with the rest of my papers back in my binder instead of giving it to the teacher. TOday I just found the test in my binder and I immediately went and gave it back to the teacher. He said that I would get a 70 on it now. What can I do to tell him that I couldnt have cheated or anything like that. Please I really do need some help!

when i mistakenly put it in my binder. the test had already been corrected and I had only gotten one question wrong, so I mean, I wouldnt purposely take it home and change the answers or something.

Sorry, it sounds as if your teacher is being completely fair in this regard. It would have been different if your teacher had refused to accept your test, which he could have done.

Be honest, tell the truth he may reward you and give you the proper grade or give you a 70 and you learned to be more responsible with your work. Either way you win.
After all if getting a 70 is the worst thing that ever happens to you you will have been extremely lucky..... Keep your head up

Have you thought of going to the Principal and giving a explanation of the mistake. Or the person who corrected your paper, could he be a witness of sorts to help you out.

Try to set an appointment up with him to talk. Explain it just how you did to us. If he is adiment about it then take it to the next person above him maybe like the principle or dean. try to right the wrong.

beg for another test. after school, on the spot or whatever. usually your teacher will work with you. They really want you to do well. if you show desire to want a good grade...i'm sure your teacher will work on that.....teachers in general take pride in their students that do well.....
