if it itches a lot it is more than likely a yeast infection. But, if you are sexually active it could also be an STD. if you are unsure, it wouldn't hurt to go to the doctor to get checked

It sounds like you may have what they call a "double infection", bother a bladder and yeast infection. The bladder infection may have caused the yeast infection if you didn't wipe properly or kept the area moist 'cause of the area bein' moist. Both of these NEED to be treated by a doctor. The yeast infection can lead to infertility and won't go away until you get treatment. As with the bladder infection, you can help with it by drinking cranberry juice, but it won't cure it. I'm afraid your gonna need a doctor's help on this one, honey. It know it may be scary if it's your first time, but it's WELL worth it. If your in a bad enough shape, it won't matter. lol
I hope things go well for ya!

ok, first i would go and buy a yeast infection medication and do it for three days. drink cranberry juice as well. if you dont like the taste, mmix it. if symptoms do not go away within three days, it has spread further and now has become a UTI. which a UTI is really awful because it can spread to your kidneys. so, that is what i suggest you do. best of luck! just to fair warn you, the yeast infection will increase itchiness AT FIRST but then go away...that is only becuase it is curing you. So, dont worry! good luck girl...these things SUCK! also, do NOT use a douche...or whatever (i never use them) cuz it makes it worse.

I would say bladder. A yeast infection generally doesn't make it burn when you pee. Drink LOTS of water & cranberry juice and see if you can get a dr to call in an antibiotic.

sounds like UTI infection. If you have a dr u can take a clean container and do a sample and take it to your drs office. they will test it and wont charge u a drs visit only for the test and if you are prescribed antibiotics make sure you eat alot of yogart while on them to prevent getting yeast infection but the bladder infection needs to be treated with an antibiotic and lots of pure bottled water. and hopfully it isnt a sexually transmitted thing

Well, call your doc and get them to take tests to confirm. Bladder infections lead to yeast, and I THINK it is vice versa also. The only cure for a bladder infection is antibiotics.

well usually if it hurts when u pee like sharp it is a bladder infections. the best for both is yogurt, cranberry juice, witch hazel pads. If that does not help then go to Dr's.

hhmmmm from what u r saying ..it spread way too fast to be a simple infection .... sure sounds like STD..... and what I found out if ur not sexually active but u live with and share personal bathing items with a person who is sexually active ..... u could get STD ....
some one reading this will freak out but ... before u push that panic button read up on STD'S
tho most STD'S are caught ONLY thru sexual contact ...... some are transferred thru just sharing a towel or using the same toilet ....
I know becuz my saw this happen to my best friend's two little sisters ......
the girls were teens when my best friend got a call from her parents accusing my friend of "giving" her little sister an STD ....
after crying ... my friend went to the Dr.s and found out that she was CLEAN.....
then she got another call .. this time from her younger sister ...begging her for help.... this teen girl (without her parents knowing) traveled three hrs to see my friend .. then they traveled another hr to a speciallist.... where they both found out that her teen sister had STD .....
she went home three plus hrs travel by herself crying....
it was a month before she told her parents that it was her and not their oldest daughter that was infected ....
and that her little sister ( a virgin) now also had STD bcuz she used the same towel ....
the poor girl had to endure surgery twice to remove the STD ... ( they burned it off ) the STD didn't get the chance to go into her body bcuz she took care of it asap.....
but now the middle daughter has to live with this uncurable STD
