umm, my friend ( is a gurl) wears shirts that you can kinda see through the shirts... i dont look or anything- its just something you notice. She doesnt wear bras or sports bras yet because she didnt "grow" yet. you know what i mean girls? and, i dont want everyone being able to see through her shirt. its not nasty, but, its just alittle exposing ( well, you can see her chest). She actually doesnt notice- and she doesnt know everybody can see her chest.
i rather say "chest than breasts". How can i tell her she needs to wear a bra- without offending her?

A true friend will tell her to wear bra. if i was u i would tell her just like this....look u know we are friends right and u know we look out for each other and we like sisteers and i dont mean harm when i tell u this but u need o wear a bra cause that dosent look right on u and i dont mean that in no hard way or nothing but im just lookin out for u though...and if she dont like that i wish u the best of luck baby girl

wow.. well i think the best way to tell her is that
since you are her friend u rather approach her rather than a stranger . just tell her that u think she should wear a bra or sports bra because you could see right threw her shirt and people outside could approach her the wrong way.If she really considers you a true friend she would not take it as if you're offending her. If not that you care about her.

Go shopping with her and show her the cool range of training bras and crop tops for girls. Tell her that it's the cool thing to do and that you are the right age to start.
Or you can point out somebody else who has the same kinds shirt on and pay them out instead, she might get the hint that way.

just say what u said here"u no i love ya and thats y im sayin this u should wear a bra cause we ALL can see ur chest,i just didnt want someone else to point it out rudley" or try a more natural approch like"hay wanna go bra shoppin at the mall,the guys noticed that ur starting to blossom!I over heard them takin about it,so we should get us both a nice bra!!!{even tho shes not,it will make her feel good about it,like a complemnt}

Well explain to her the situation and advise her to wear a bra...maybe go shopping with her to get some, or even buy her one as a gift. Once she realises everyone is noticing she isn't wearing one, while everyone else is, she'll start to wear one too.

I'd go shopping with her and just meander into the lingerine section and just kinda look through one. and ask her if shes considered one, or maybe even talk to her mom. my sister had the same problem, and my mom gave her a couple of reasons why, one its not lady like, two no one wants saggy boobs, three, its more comfortable knowing you're protected, etc. and maybe you can get one of the ladies to size her. and hopefully she'll fall into the bra wearing stage.

go shopping with her as you pass the bras say oh i need to get a new bra then after a while tell her she should try some on and when she finds one she likes she'll buy it and wear it HA fool proof

Just tell her that you can see through her shirts and that she needs to wear undershirts or a bra! She shouldnt get to offended!
