I just can't imagine anybody would be so bold enough to go up to someone and say "Damn, you're ugly as hell". Has that actually ever happened? Who told you that, and how did you respond?

I didn't see his point though: who cares what other people think about looks? It's not like he's going to convince me, nor will he convince a significant fraction of people in the state.
I just laughed.

Yeah actually in second grade some little boy told me I was ugly and he also told one of my friends she was ugly. I don't ever see him hardly anymore but I never have liked him and he thinks he's funny but he is just stupid.

when i was younger people have called me ugly. the way i was bullied was extreme. i don't think many people have gone through what i did. there used to be this group of girls who used to get together and terrorize me. they told me i was ugly, i probably have no boyfriend (we was only 10 @ the time), and that i was jealous of them because i was a nerd and they were the popular girls. it was awful. it was the worst time of my life. i used to be so scared of them, i dreaded recess because i knew what was going to happpen. how awful to be such a young child and to feel such a fear that strong. sticks and stones broke my spirit and it took years to repair. sometimes i feel confident but its still a struggle. i so feel your pain.
once i reached high school, guys used to tell me i was "fine". i was hit on everyday, even before the rumer that i gave a guy a wax job, (not true).

To me? Of course not, no one could say that lie aloud with a straight face! but I have told someone that they were ugly before to their face, and I have seen other people do it.

Yep, I had verbally knocked them to the ground and the b*tch had only that as a comeback. So I physically knocked her to the ground. She didn't try it again. I don't normally do violence but she was pushing and pushing.

Not to me, but I saw a little kid say it to this guy at KFC one time. The guy really WAS ugly!

It has never happened to me nor has it to anyone I know. I hope nobody would be so rude, but there are plenty of people out there who are.
