Huge question, and the only way you'll get a real honest anwer is when you are an old old bag on our death bed and you look back on your life, then you will know for sure.
The fact that you are askiing the question suggests to me that you are not experienced and need to beware of getting into a bad relationship by going after the first love opportunity you get. This doesn't mean that you have to terminate your relationship, it can easily grow into the life longrelationship we all are looking for. Good Luck!

Real love is honest about the negatives. Ask yourself if you can accept his idiosyncrasies.Determine if the things you dislike about him are personality flaws or just behaviors that he himself may want to change. Once you've done that ask yourself if you can tolerate them. If you are honest about the negatives then the positives are the benefits of the relationship which you already know you love. So basically if you have strong feelings for him even if he is behaving badly it may be love.

Lust and love can be very confusing and two totally different things. If you are in love, u would do anything for this person, above your self or anything else. You would even give your own life. Refer to Romeo and Juliet. That is true love!

Do you respect and admire him, as well as really want to spend time with him and are physically attracted to him? If you have that then its probably love!

you'll no if u really love him:u think about him every miunet of every day u can't breath probably when he's around ur palms get swetty etc....bt most of all u want him to hold u and be with u more than anything and u care about him!and u can't bear to think wat ur life would be like with out him in it thats love its stronger than u! its bigger than life!
