The next issue will be who gets to deal with Iran. And Russia. Sorry, but it's true.

That's what *Olmert* says. But as we have seen in his handling of the Hizbullah war and the Gaza fighting, Olmert is not very competent. I wouldn't trust his judgement. What Diskin said, on the other hand, has more the feel of truth. (He's not sure Israel won't be missing Saddam, down the line.)

he was one of must situped men in the world exactly like Mr.Bush
he cant l even handle with gangs in Gazza strip and south Lebanon and make Israel joke till NOW the 3 Israelian prison did not came back after 2wars if Olmert say that sure this is wrong

Not if the Iraq war turns into a regional Middle East civil war between Sunnis and Shiites. Then Israel will be caught right in the middle of it and tens of millions of fired up Arabs/Muslims with AK-47s ain't good for Israel's well being.

Removing Saddam was good for a lot of countries. Off hand I can't think of any countries for whom it wasn't good.
