You poor thing.

Well, just take your vitamins everyday, and eat healthy foods. It might be good to cut down on junk food.

Absolutely NO drinking or any kind of drugs.

Then buy some stuff for your skin. You can use things like aloe or any special things that they sell to prevent stretch marks. You will get bigger than normal and at 15, you are likely starting small. You have to make your stomach stretch gracefully if you will.

Good luck!!

well you might of thought having sex was fun and games hun...but guess what....your fun and games are over now! Now you have to prepare yourself mentally and physically. You will wish you had of waited, I promise. Especially twins? good Luck. Excercise alot, eat right. Take your vitamins whether they make you sick or not. You are very young which means that your body internally is not fully developed enough to even go through the stree nor pain to bear a child, let alone two children at one time. If you do not take the vitamins, being only 15, or any age for that matter, the babies will have a chance of having a hole in their spine which can cause them to be a vegetable all their lives. you surely dont need that. So do exactly what the doctor tells you, and Excercise faithfully and consistently EVERYDAY.

I don't think there is much you can do to prepare. I say get LOTS of sleep because once the babies get here you won't get much. Also relax. Having a baby is an awesome experience!!!! Nothing compares.. not even your wedding day! Trust your body to do what it needs to. That is what women are made for. (Well other things too, but our lower bodies.) Congrats on twins. That is soooo exciting.

And for all you rude people. Age is just a number. She seems a lot more mature than those of you who want to judge. Maybe your mom should have waited to have you, then she could have taught you all some manners and how to respect another human being.

Good luck sweetie!!

Wow, in a way it's good, because your children will have a pretty, young mother and you'll be done raising them early and you can enjoy the rest of your life sweets, just take it as it comes, somethings you'll have to learn as you go, I strongly suggest getting some books on parenting skills and magazines, on what to expect, get organized with getting everything that they'll need, as for your body, the more you exercises gently the better, go to Lamaze it makes all the difference in the world, they really teach you breathing exercises and techniques, as well as teaching you to relax and not be so scared and your spouse gets to go with you, it's really great, my friend did it and had her baby like nothing, she had no pain, no trouble whatsoever, she was very lucky though and was in good shape, started going to Lamaze very early, don't be nervous, think positive and relax, program the mind and tell yourself you have a great future ahead of yourself and with God's help.
Best wishes. Hope you have a great experience.

To prepare yourself for birth you should if you havent already take a birth class. Have a birth plan ready. Be ready for the possibility of a c-section. Practice some relaxation techniques.

Since you are about to give birth its a little late to prepare your body if you havent already.
I recommend #1 - that you get to a La Leche meeting asap, there will be experinced moms there who will have lots of useful information regarding child birth and breast feeding.
#2 - start perinial massage if you havent yet. Your partner can easily help with this. ask a doctor or midwife to explain how its done.

Married at 15?????? What state do you live in?? There's not much you can do to prepare your body for birthing twins; it would have been healthier and easier on your if you had protected yourself, and given your body a chance to mature. You're still a child, yourself. Your body isn't any where near ready for what's to come. Best thing you can do is lamaze classes, excercise regularly and eat healthy.

you must first try to relax as much as possible. find a comfortable position. try taking a warm bath. listen to easy listening music and breathe. don't tighten up . eat ice chips. find someone to rub your lower back. if you have oil use it.don't be afraid. its very normal .close your eyes and imagine the wonderful life you will have.think good thoughts.and pray.god will see you thru this i promise. most of all listen to those that want to help you.but don't be scared to ask them to leave so that you may find ou peace. good luck Amy
