The only solution is to get a complete covered bra. That means absoloutely NO cleveage. They sell some good ones at Victoria's Secret.

What kind of bra are you wearing.
A regular bra is made for lift, and support, so the top of the cups is very thin, and doesn't do anything to prevent bounce.
A sports bra has firm supportive material all over, so it will reduce, if not completely eliminate bounce.

oh I had that too. I lost some weight though and it is fine now. Also try wearing a tighter bra dont go so far as sports(unless you want to ) but keep away from victoria secret.

Try wearing a camisole along with your bra. It may help hold everything in place.

Go up one cup size, even if you dont fill it out completely. You'll get more coverage (and more restraint) and probably be more comfortable.

Why would you want to stop it? Are they high, round and hard or hangy and floppy? If they are sloppy and floppy, drive your car and save the passengers on the bus a bad memory for the rest of the day...
