I think it would not be as most would think. We would not all look like "miss. or mr. universe". People have different views of what is appealing in others, and it is usually based on what is appealing in themselves. Although facial features would generally be smoother, noses and ears would not be "too" big, wide, etc. There would surely be no (with all due respect) obese people (no one desires to be obese).
