It is very simple dear. just do the sms as u call ISD. put international code & the main number, after writeing message just send. U can also send msg with normal call if ur mobile company has the agreement with phillipines mobile company. Check with your moble company.

yes you can if you know the number correctly baecause i have a experiencewhen isend sms to a frined singapore i need to chaneg the first two number in+65 but originally the cell phone numberstart with 02 so i saw two number one for phone call and one for smsing.

Yes it's called International Text Messaging, and its about .25 cents a message depending on your service provider. Cingular is .25 cents.
