the front of the brain is the cerebrum, it has 2 components the left and right cerebral hemispheres.they are responsible for motor and sensory functions as well as higher learning functions,
this is from " the human body", i also know that the right brain is responsible for short term memory. my daughter had a traumatic brain injury, she was involved in an auto accident, the vehicle she was in rolled and ended up on her head. she has recovered , but still has short term memory problems.
