I'm 11 weeks today. I didn't think I was pregnant before my husband made me take the test because I had the worst cramps and low backache (my usual symptoms) But, I was indeed pregnant and worried about the cramps just like you. They lasted about 3 more weeks after I found out. As long as your not bleeding, try not to worry. Good Luck!

Yes it's normal..it could just be your ligaments stretching or your uterus stretching. The only time you would be concerned is if you are doubling over in pain. Don't worry if you spot a little also. I did both with my last pregnancy and he's fine! He'll be 4 months in a few days. Congrats and good luck with your pregnancy.

I had really bad cramping with my first child and period like cramps with my second. It's normal and will subside in a week or so.

Don't worry! I had that with my first child. I was actually in denial about being pregnant and kept thinking I was getting ready to start. :P Relax. Your body is really creating quite a miracle!
Bad signs would be severe pains.
I hope all goes well.

I think its normal, but I'd call the dr. just to get a professional opinion. You can never be too cautious. They'll probably tell you to keep an eye on it unless you are bleeding, but if it becomes bad, they may suggest an ultrasound.

Yes, as long as there is no blood you're fine--my doctor always said it was my muscles getting ready for the great expand and they hurt sometimes--also they would be sharp pains at times.
