Yes, several, from a series of ex partners. (I did serial monogamy for the first half of my adult life.)
The relationships ended, and none of my exes but one wanted to remain friends. The one who did, fell quite ill, and we dropped out of touch.
The keepsakes are part of my life, because those people were very important in my life. I don't dwell on how hurt I was, or they were, or the fact that the relationships are over. I keep a bit of all of them in me, always, because really loving someone changes me, and all of them helped make me the woman I am today.
I am not a 'sentimental' person. I am a deeply emotional person. I also have a 'trick' memory (both a blessing and a curse), and before an accident in 1994, in which I was slightly brain-damaged, I had 100% perfect auditory memory, and 80% perfect visual memory. I can hear and see every gesture and word of conversations I had three decades ago. So, nobody ever feels totally 'gone', to me.
I cherish the keepsakes from those past relationships, and the memories live in me, though as I've changed and grown, I see them differently.
Does love ever really end? I know it does, for other people. I don't think I have ever experienced that. If I love someone enough to be partners, there is room in my heart for that person forever. The relationship is over. I may not have seen the person for over 20 years. But that doesn't make that person unimportant.
If death doesn't separate people, why should breaking up? LOL
There isn't enough love in the world, as it is. I focus on the love and goodness that was there, and not on the bad parts.
I also seem not to be able to hold a grudge. I realise that's weird.
Go on keeping your treasures. If you hoard love, how can you be wrong?

Lots of people keep a token to remind them of the good times. There is nothing wrong with that.
